Knowledge Architecture Design

Based on an understanding of an organization's mission, the ways in which employees actually pursue their work and the types of knowledge resources available, LWM develops written and schematic documentation to define how all process elements relate. Among the process components are knowledge resources, service providers (on-line and on-site), knowledge workers (users), and automation (hardware/software) technology installed or planned. The design reflects the full extent of relationships and interrelationships among the components. Required skills and competencies of implementation and execution staff may be included in the final design plan together with guidelines for next steps.

An unbiased third-party brings objectivity to a design process. Contact LWM Technology Services for an informal discussion of how this would work for your organization.
